Ahmedabad: A Metropolitan Court on Tuesday issued fresh summons to Congress president Rahul Gandhi in connection with a defamation case filed by a BJP member against him for allegedly calling Home Minister Amit Shah "a murder accused."
Rahul Gandhi on April 23, attacked Amit Shah 'citing an old murder case' in which the BJP leader was discharged five years ago.
Judge R V Italiya asked the Congress leader to appear before the court on August 19.
