Rubbishing Congress' efforts of campaigning by only visiting the people in Uttar Pradesh, the former Central minister said there is no impact of Priyanka in the state.
He said a crowd may gather to see the newly elected general secretary of UP Congress but there is no guarantee that Priyanka might receive a huge number of votes.
Commenting over the recent Hooch tragedy that claimed over 80 lives, Balyan said that the state government has taken the matter seriously and is looking into the matter.
He concluded alleging that Priyanka will hardly be able to raise any percentage of vote for the Congress party.
