New Delhi: Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's announcement of Rs 20 lakh crore economic package to revive the ailing economy, former finance minister P Chidamabram said that Congress will examine what the bottom half of the population (13 crore families) will get in terms of 'real money'.
In a series of tweets, the senior Congress leader said that PM Modi gave a headline and left a blank page, which needs to be filled by the Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
