Pakistan violates ceasefire along LoC in J-K's Poonch

Pakistan violated ceasefire along the LoC in Mankote Sector by firing with small arms and shelling with mortars in the Nowshera sector.

Poonch: Pakistan violated ceasefire by firing with small arms & shelling with mortars along Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district on Saturday.

The ceasefire violation took place at about 11:15 am. Indian Army is retaliating.

Earlier, Pakistan violated ceasefire along the LoC in Mankote Sector in the early hours of Saturday.

The ceasefire violation took place at about 2:15 am by firing with small arms and shelling with mortars along the LoC in the Mankote Sector.

The Indian Army retaliated befittingly and the firing stopped at 3:00 am.
