Keonjhar: A government official from Keonjhar district has become the talk of the town after he developed a battery-operated cycle.
Radhasyam Panda has developed the bicycle that can run up to 20 km/charge.
He developed the cycle at a cost of Rs 8,000.
Radhasyam belongs to Keshadurapal village is working in the water resources department for the last 20 years.
It has 20 km/charge mileage, LED light and a horn.
He used two batteries, 24-volt socket and motor control to develop the cycle
