Mr Prashanth Mani, Executive Director and Country Head India in the event announced the launch of worlds first clamshell design fordable smart phone. He further explained some features like it is; A Ulta compact device that fits into your hands and pocket. It Opens up to reveal complete functional smart phone with a clamshell design. The hinge mechanism led to Zero gap when the phone is closed.
In the launch event, Mr. Shivam Ranjan, Head of Marketing, India further explained the features of Motorola Razr. Design and breakthrough engineering defines Motorola Razr. The core designs of Motorola are; simplicity, surprise and richness and these can be found in phone.

- Gorilla glass in front which makes it damage resistant
- P2I nano coating which prevents it from splashes of rain & dust
- Chin of the phone houses e components like speakers, finger print centers and many others.
- Chin of the phone ensures a gap-less fordable design
- Display expands and retracts into the chin allowing it to close tightly and be as thin as possible
- The device is only 7mm thin when open.
- Front screen 2.7 inch OLED quick view display
- Flex view display
- The folding mechanism is made of stainless steel - sliding plate & collapsing plate
- Display factor is 21:9 as many films are shot in this format. Enjoy the content.
