New Delhi: Strongly condemning Pakistan's act of equating Narendra Modi with 'Hitler', Congress spokesperson Ragini Nayak on Tuesday said that any attack on the dignity of India's Prime Minister is not acceptable.
Addressing a press conference today, the Congress spokesperson said that it always helps if one is soft-spoken in politics or any other field.
"Many harsh words have also been spoken against Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. If one asks me about PM Modi's style of working, I would say he is an authoritarian and does not believe in decentralisation. He wants everything to be under his control. Many have used other words to criticise him," she said.
"However, if Pakistan attacks and hampers the dignity of our Prime Minister, the entire nation should stand up against it," she further added.
Earlier during the press conference, Nayak had ruled out any alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party for the Delhi Assembly polls scheduled to be held early next year.
