New Delhi: The Ministry of Education and UNESCO invited for the Universität Luzern's Ethics in a Global Context Course (By UNESCO) and contribute in searching for solutions to global issues like Climate Change, Poverty etc.
This course is organised by Lucerne Summer University – Switzerland.
"The Lucerne Summer University: Ethics in a Global Context" under the patronage of the UNESCO enables young scientists and researchers to examine ethical questions of today and tomorrow – beyond the boundaries of academic fields, cultures and religion, and to search together for solutions in a global context.
Eligibility: Any PhD and MA students can apply for this course.
The students are requested to submit the applications to INCCU (Indian National Commission for Cooperation with UNESCO) is November 22nd 2020.
The Goals of Lucerne Summer University are:
1.Teaching specific methods and instruments used in ethics so that the participants learn how to deal with moral dilemmas and challenges (in their respective field of study);
2. Establishing a global network for worldwide networking of skills;
3. Enabling participants to address moral questions and ethical topics in their working environment and to advise others;
4. Developing ethical skills as unique selling points for their careers (for example, in the field of corporate social responsibility)
