How to make this special bath?
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup honey
- 2 cups of milk
- ½ cup of sea salt
- 3 tbsp baking soda
Method
- Boil water and add honey. Mix well until the honey dissolves completely.
- Add milk to this mix and stir.
- Run the bath and add baking soda and salt to the running water or you can apply it all over your skin and then take a bath.
- Add the milk, honey, and water mixture just before stepping inside the bath.
