Lucknow(Uttar Pradesh): Following a new development in the Lucknow court blast case, the main accused General Secretary of Lucknow Bar Association Jeetu Yadav has been arrested from the capital. Taken into the custody from the civil court premises, Yadav was allegedly involved in the attack of Lucknow Bar's Association Joint Secretary Sanjeev Lodhi. A case was registered in the Wazirganj police station against Jeetu Yadav and others under the section of an attempt to murder.

Yadav was allegedly thrashed by few locals outside the court's premises following which he was admitted in the hospital. The accused was arrested late night from KGMU Hospital in the capital city after which he was presented before the Magistrate.
ADCP Vikas Chand Tripathi said that three FIRs have been registered in this case. Four teams have been formed to arrest the other accused. Tripathi said that "considering the seriousness of the matter, we are constantly taking action."
