Kolkata: A Bengali sweet shop has came up with a new type of sweet known as 'Anti-corona sweet.'
The shop which introduced this unique sweet is located in Jadavpur area of Kolkata.
The shape of the sweet is the exact replica of the microscopic shape of the Coronavirus. But these 'corona' will not harm your respiratory system.
These sweets are being distributed for free by the sweet owner.
When asked about behind the purpose of introducing this unique sweet, he said, "People are suffering from depression due to lockdown. To cheer up them, I thought about making these sweet."
As per the direction of CM Mamata Banerjee, all the sweet shops are now open from 12 noon to 4 pm every day during the lockdown period.
You can have these anti-corona sweets for free at the shop during that time every day, he added.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a nationwide lockdown to control the spread of deadly COVID-19 disease.
The lockdown will be in effect till 14th April.
