New Delhi: The much-awaited results of the Central Board of Secondary Education's (CBSE) Class XII examinations, were released by the board on Thursday, unveiling the outcome of the students' hard work.
Around 13 lakh students appeared for the examination and, this year, the pass percentage (in the country) was pegged at 83.4 per cent. Many of them passed with flying colours much to the happiness of their parents and school management.
In this context, ETV Bharat had an opportunity to interact with a few of them and learn about their efforts and future plans.

Chawla, along with her family, has been elated over the results, as she had secured the top second position with 99.60 per cent.
Speaking to ETV Bharat, Chawla remarked that she did not undertake any special preparations but had studied for 8-9 hours, regularly.
She further attributed her achievements to her parents, teachers, and friends, vouching for a conducive home environment, which she opined, was essential for preparing for board exams.
With respect to her future plans, Chawla asserted that she wanted to serve the country by joining the Civil Services.

Pandey along with her family has been delighted over the results, as she had secured the top third position with 99.04 per cent.
Speaking to ETV Bharat, Pandey she would like to advise the students that they should study with a quiet mind throughout the year so that they do not have any problem at the last moment.

Lavanya along with her family has been excited over the results, as she had secured the first position in the specially-abled category by securing 489 marks out of 500.
While talking to ETV Bharat, She said that she used to study 12 hours a day. She also told that anyone can bring good marks in the 12th. For this, just need discipline and focus.
