Dehradun: Putting an end to the confusion and suspense over the Final Year Exam Dates, the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University released the Garhwal University Semester Exam 2020 Date sheet.
According to the date sheet released by the varsity, exams for final year students of the varsity will commence from 1st Sept 2020 and continue until 20th September when the final examination will be held.
Now, with examination dates announced, students can commence the preparation for the final semester exams easily. As per the details shared by the varsity, the HNBGU Final Semester Exams 2020 are scheduled to be held in two shifts from 1st to 20th September 2020. The exams will start in the morning session at 8 AM and will also be held on Sundays to make up for the lost time.
The notification released by the varsity says that Students residing outside Uttarakhand will have to follow the guidelines issued by the state government to appear for their exams. Moreover, students are advised to get in touch with the university administration to understand the application process to appear for the examination.
Talking about the guidelines and precautions that will be taken to hold the Gharwal University Exams 2020, the varsity informed that strict guidelines will be implanted during the exams.
The varsity said that it plans to follow the same guidelines that were followed for the UBSE Board Exams 2020 which were held earlier last month for the university exams.
As part of these guidelines, students will have to follow social distancing guidelines along with new seating arrangements to ensure the proper distance between students.
Moreover, the varsity will also make provisions for hand sanitizers and soaps at the exam centres and make them available to teachers, students and all other staff members who are on exam duty.
