Sikar: A 60-year-old man was stoned to death in Rajasthan's Sikar district. Police have arrested five youths in the case.
According to the police, the incident took place on Monday night in Nat Basti on Rani Sati Road. An elderly man who owned a tea stall was attacked after a dispute with some youths.
Five men attacked Om Singh and his son with stones and escaped from the place.
Om Singh was taken to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries during the treatment whereas, his son is seriously injured.
The police detained five suspects involved in the incident for questioning and later brought them to Udyog Nagar police station.
On Wednesday, an elderly priest was burnt alive in Bukna village of the Sapotra police station area of Karauli in the state.
