New Delhi: A man hailing from Bijnor has been staying inside a car in Seelampur area of North East Delhi for the last 50 days due to the lockdown.
Shahnawaz was expelled from his brother-in-law's house after which he decided to live inside his car. He said that no one helped him so he is following all the rules of lockdown by living in his car.
Shahnawaz who hails from Bijnor works as a driver here. He has requested the government to help him reach his parents before Eid.
He used to live with his sister and brother-in-law but after a heated argument between them, his brother-in-law asked him to leave his house.
Since the last 50 days, Shahnawaz has been living in his car at Seelampur service road.
All his other relatives denied to keep him in their house due to the fear of Coronavirus spread.
Ramadan has started so he do fasting and for iftar and Zahri, he arranges food somehow and people from the nearby neighbourhood also give him food.
Shahnawaz hopes that lockdown will be over soon so he can visit his parents before Eid.
