New Delhi: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MP K Ravindra Kumar gave Zero Hour Notice in Rajya Sabha on Friday over concern about long-pending criminal cases involving elected representatives.

During Zero hour, parliamentarians can raise matters of great importance without the mandatory ten days advance notice. The winter session of Parliament commenced on November 18 and will continue till December 13. It also marks the 250th session of RS.

MoS Finance, Anurag Thakur will lay on the table the reports of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India on Compliance audit on Department of Revenue and Union government's Defence services.

Vijay Goel will move the resolution urging the government to impose a blanket ban on all types of lottery, whether international, domestic or online, throughout the country. Rakesh Sinha will move a resolution urging the government to merge the National Commission for Minorities with the National Human Rights Commission and be made a sub-committee under that body.
