New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Friday asked the editor of a Tamil weekly to apologise, after the other respondents in a contempt case tendered their apologies for remarks against Justice Muralidhar.

The proceedings were initiated after Gurumurthy re-tweeted an article, alleging friendship between Justice Muralidhar's wife and Navlakha was the reason for the bench quashing a transit warrant issued against him in Bhima Koregaon case.

2018 Bhima Koregaon case involves an stone pelting incident during an annual celebratory gathering, to mark the 200th year of the Battle of Bhima Koregaon, having Navlakha as one of the accused.
