New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education will provide free pre-examination psychological counselling to students appearing for class 10 and 12 exams this year.
The counselling will begin from Sunday and will continue up to March 30, 2020. The counselling will be available through an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) and telephone on toll-free number 1800 11 8004 between 8 am and 10 pm.
Along with IVRS, live Tele counselling will also be provided on the toll-free number by 95 Principals and trained counsellors from within CBSE affiliated schools located in and outside India.
The 23rd edition of the CBSE counselling programme will also use social media platforms to connect with students.
The CBSE class 12 examinations will begin from February 15 and conclude on March 30, the examinations for class 10 will be held from February 15 to March 20.
