New Delhi: BJP spokesperson Sudesh Verma on Thursday confirmed the news of the expulsion of the accused MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar.
"The party earlier suspended and later expelled the accused politician for six years. Kuldeep will not be able to participate in any of the party's activities from now on," informed Sudesh Verma while talking to ETV Bharat.
On being asked about the expulsion letter not being made public, he said that the letter might not have been made public due to some technical issues.
BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar was suspended from the party when an FIR was lodged against him in the Unnao rape case.
His expulsion came days after the girl was critically injured and two of her aunts died in a car accident in Uttar Pradesh.
