BJP asks Farooq Abdullah to watch his words; dares Rahul of breaking alliance with NC

BJP national spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain lashed out at National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah over his remark claiming that the incumbent ruling government is merely "beating the drums" in the name of the Balakot air strike, and asked the veteran leader to be mindful of his choice of words before making "anti-national statements." He also dared Congress president Rahul Gandhi of breaking his alliance with the National Conference.

Delhi: In an all-out attack against the opposition, Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) national spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain lashed out at National Conference (NC) leader Farooq Abdullah over his remark claiming that the incumbent ruling government is merely "beating the drums" in the name of the Balakot air strike, and asked the veteran leader to be mindful of his choice of words before making "anti-national statements."

Hussain said, "Considering his (Farooq Abdullah) seniority, we want to request you to watch your mouth and be careful with your words when you say such things about our soldiers."

"We are not the kind of party that would use a soldiers martyrdom to gain poltical mileage out of it," said Hussain in a presser.

Addressing an election rally in Khanyar area of downtown Srinagar, the NC chief and three-time former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir Farooq Abdullah had compared Prime Minister Narendra Modi to former German dictator Adolf Hitler on Saturday.

Further taking a dig at Congress, an ally of the National Conference led by Abdullah, Hussain dared Rahul Gandhi to break his alliance with the latter considering the "insensitive" remark made by him.

"Rahul Gandhi must take a stand on the issue. If should criticise his ally, and even break his alliance if need be," said Hussain.

Reacting to All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) leader Badruddin Ajmal comment wherein he said that he would kick Narendra Modi and Amit Shah out of the country if he happens to win the ongoing Lok Sabha polls 2019. The minority leader's statement came in the backdrop of the BJP's repeated campaign remark of weeding out "illegal migrant" through the implementation of a nationwide National Register of Citizens (NRC).

Calling Ajmal a leader of "illegal Bangladeshi immigrants", Hussain said, "As mentioned by our party president (Amit Shah) we shall weed out every single 'illegal immigrant' form the country if our party happens to come to power again."

He also said that the opposition has already accepted its defeat and they know that they are going to lose the Lok Sabha polls 2019 by a far bigger margin compared to 2014.

Conclusion:बता दें बदरुद्दीन अजमल ने कहा है कि चुनाव बाद देश से नरेंद्र मोदी, अमित शाह को बाहर कर देंगे, वहीं शाहनवाज ने कहा कि प्रियंका गांधी चुनाव लड़ेंगी या नहीं इसका फैसला उन्हें और उनकी पार्टी को करना है, bjp को किसी से कोई भी खतरा नहीं है, राहुल गांधी खुद अमेठी और रायबरेली से चुनाव हार रहे
