Jharkhand High court stays notice issued against Babulal Marandi
Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court has stayed the notice issued by the Speaker of the assembly to Babulal Marandi in a defection case which will now be heard in the high court on January 13.
Earlier, the Speaker had issued a notice to Babulal Marandi in the defection case. The same notice was challenged in the High Court by Babulal Marandi, which has been stayed by the court after the hearing.
