New Delhi: Ambapali Bihar Emporium at New Delhi was inaugurated by the Bihar minister for Industries Shyam Rajak on October 25 after its renovation.
The Emporium was renovated at a rough estimation of Rs 4 crore.
The place will sell Bihar's handicrafts, handlooms, and Khadi-related clothing.
"The purpose of setting up the emporium in Delhi is to promote the artisans and weavers of Bihar. It will increase the employment and income of rural artisans and weavers," said Rajak.
The new emporium has been modernised and items like Mithila painting, Tikuli art, Terracotta, Stone Craft, Sikki art, Tussar saree of Bhagalpur, Leather goods and more will be put up for sale.
It was waiting for the inauguration for the last several months after its renovation.
