All eyes fixed on Supreme Court with hearings to end soon in Ayodhya case: Tariq Anwar

Congress leader and former minister Tariq Anwar says entire India is looking at the Supreme Court to resolve the Ayodhya land dispute case. The verdict on the issue would be a positive development and people would accept it.

New Delhi: Former Union Minister and Congress leader Tariq Anwar on Wednesday said all eyes are now fixed on the Supreme Court concerning Ayodhya land dispute case with the top court fixing September 18 deadline to complete hearings.

"The way the Chief Justice of India is taking interest in the case asking parties concerned to complete hearings and fixing the deadline for the same makes me believe that it would be done soon," he told ETV Bharat here.

"All eyes are on it. I believe countrymen would accept the decision and it would strengthen their faith in the country's constitution," the Congress leader added.

Earlier in the day, the apex court set the deadline for parties involved in the case to complete hearings by September 18 and also reopened the possibility of mediation to resolve the decades-old temple-mosque dispute if the petitioners so wanted.

Intro:नयी दिल्ली- अयोध्या जमीन विवाद मामले में चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया रंजन गोगोई ने कहा है कि उन्हें उम्मीद है कि 18 अक्टूबर तक इस मामले की सुनवाई पूरी हो जाएगी, आज अयोध्या मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि अगर पक्षकार चाहते हैं तो मध्यस्थता का रास्ता भी अपना सकते हैं


Body:वहीं सुप्रीम कोर्ट की ओर से सभी पक्षों से कहा गया है कि वह कोशिश करें कि 18 अक्टूबर तक बहस पूरी हो जाए ताकि 4 हफ्ते का समय फैसले के लिए मिल जाए. बता दें रंजन गोगोई 17 नवंबर को रिटायर हो रहे हैं और उससे पहले राम मंदिर पर अंतिम और बड़ा फैसला सकता है

वहीं पूरे मामले पर कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता तारिक अनवर ने भी प्रतिक्रिया दी है


Conclusion:तारिक अनवर ने कहा है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्णय का सभी को इंतजार है, सुप्रीम कोर्ट पर सबको भरोसा भी है, देश चाहता है इस मामले का समाधान निकले, सुप्रीम कोर्ट पर सबको भरोसा है क्योंकि हमारे देश में जो संवैधानिक व्यवस्था है उसमें सबसे बड़ी अदालत सुप्रीम कोर्ट है, पूरे मामले में cji जिस तरह दिलचस्पी दिखा रहे हैं, उन्होंने एक डेडलाइन भी तय किया है और उसके अनुसार सारी चीजें अगर हो गई, सारे सबूत, दलीलें पूरी हो गई और उसके बाद वह फैसला सुनाते हैं तो मुझे विश्वास है कि देशवासी, इस मामले से जुड़े सभी पक्षकार फैसले का स्वागत करेंगे और संविधान के प्रति आस्था बनी रहेगी
