26 passengers asked to deboard Air France Delhi-Paris flight voluntarily

An Air France flight AF225 from Delhi to Paris on Wednesday requested 26 of its passengers to deboard the plane voluntarily as they had to offload some of the checked-in luggage for the aircraft to be able to take off. The plane had, reportedly, developed a technical glitch.

Delhi: Around 26 passengers were requested to disembark from an Air France flight from Delhi to Paris voluntarily on Wednesday as the airliner needed to offload some of the checked-in luggage for the plane to be able to take off.

The aircraft had, reportedly, developed a technical glitch which called for the measure.

In a video recorded and posted by one of the passengers onboard, the cabin crew of Air France flight number AF225 can be heard requesting passengers to deboard the flight voluntarily.
