Hyderabad: Following the decision to provide Covid-19 vaccine free of cost to all the people in Telangana, the state government held a meeting with Covid vaccine maker Bharat Biotech.
As per the directions of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, state Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar met Dr. Krishna Ella, MD, Bharat Biotech today at BRKR Bhavan.

The Chief Secretary requested the Bharat Biotech CMD to ensure the supply of a maximum number of doses and give priority to Telangana during the vaccination programme in the state.
Bharat Biotech has responded positively to provide maximum vaccine to Telangana State.
Jayesh Ranjan, Secretary, state industries department and Dr. Sai Prasad, Director Bharat Biotech also participated in the meeting.
