New Delhi: Ahead of the results of the Bihar Assembly elections and various other bypolls across the country, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Jagat Prakash Nadda has called a meeting of the party's state general secretaries on November 8.
According to sources, apart from the poll results, Nadda will also discuss the way the party is expected to react after the results are declared.
Further, the new general secretaries are expected to be assigned their specific roles and responsibilities.
Earlier in September, Nadda had announced his new team of office-bearers that saw some senior leaders like Ram Madhav, P Muralidhar Rao, Saroj Pande, and Anil Jain being replaced as general secretaries.
However, the new team was not assigned specific roles as campaigning for the Bihar elections began soon after their appointment.
