Two Nigerians held for raping techie in Bengaluru

The incident happened when the victim visited the house of one of the accused, her acquaintance, say police

Bengaluru: Two Nigerian citizens have been arrested on charges of raping a woman from Andhra Pradesh in Bengaluru. The accused have been identified as Abuji Ubaka and Tony.

The police said the victim and one of the accused knew each other. The incident took place on Tuesday night when she visited his house in Kamanahalli, they added. She lodged a complaint against the duo at Banaswadi police station.

Several Nigerian citizens have been illegally staying in Bengaluru and are accused of carrying out illegal activities.
