Unidentified body found under flyover in Ghaziabad

An unidentified body was found under the flyover near the new bus station in Ghaziabad. Police have sent the body for the post-mortem examination and a probe is underway in the matter.

Ghaziabad: Body of an unidentified man was found under the flyover near the new bus station in Ghaziabad town on Thursday morning. The body was discovered by local morning walkers who informed the police about the same.

Police reached the spot on being informed about the dead body by the locals who spotted it during their morning walks. The body was taken into custody by the police and sent for the post-mortem examination. Officials informed that it was apparently a case of murder and the body was dumped after killing the deceased.

"All aspects are being investigated in the case. Cause of death could be established only after post mortem report," said City SP Shlok Kumar.

This is not the first incident of finding a dead body at Ghaziabad. This part of the NCR is becoming a dumping ground of unidentified dead bodies.
