Sydney: In a shocking incident, a boy slipped into the gap between a train and a platform at a Sydney train station in February, but a CCTV footage of this miraculous escape was released on Wednesday.
The New South Wales State Transport Minister Andrew Constance released a video on Wednesday that shows a 4-year-old boy falling in between the gap while approaching the train.
The incident took place when the boy tried to board the train along with his mother at Sydney's Sydenham station.
The passengers present at the station jumped into action to pull the boy out safely, Constance's office said.
Nearly 200 children were injured on the train network in the state in the past twelve months, Constance added.
