Cape Canaveral: The SpaceX has successfully launched sixty communication satellites into orbit on Thursday.
The move by the American aerospace manufacturer and space transportation services company aims at providing high-speed internet connection to its customers.
A Falcon-9 rocket lift off from Florida's Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, carrying about 18.5 tonnes of material up into space.
The satellites will be flying in a low-Earth orbit, spinning at 273 miles above the Earth, SpaceX said.
