Washington: At least one person killed and five others wounded in a shootout in Columbia Heights in northwest Washington on Thursday night.
According to media reports, all the injured were taken to hospital.
Out of the five victims condition of two is stated to be critical.
Police have blocked sidewalk in the area and investigation into the matter is on.
