Inchope, Mozambique: Normalcy is returning to Mozambique as people are slowly rebuilding their lives after cyclone Idai battered the South African nation causing severe damage and flooding.
At Inchope Primary School in northern Mozambique, children and teachers were seen busy in picking up damaged books and furniture before putting them in the sun to dry.
Similarly in Mutambara, Zimbabwe, a damaged bridge meant bakery workers had to find a way across a narrow ledge on foot.
The death toll due to Idai that swept across three South African countries- Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Malawi 10 days ago has increased above 750.

The US military will join the number of international aid groups assisting in providing food and medical care to those affected by the cyclone.
