Hyderabad: Television actors Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash are one of the hottest couples in town, with a huge fan base. The couple, also known as 'TejRan', fell for each other in the Bigg Boss 15 house. For quite some time, there were rumours about the couple that they have parted ways following a cryptic post by Karan. Finally addressing rumours that he and his girlfriend had broken up, Karan stated that while he may post couplets and poetry that he enjoys, they should not be tied to his personal life.
Karan and Tejasswi have been dating since the beginning of their participation in Salman Khan's reality show Bigg Boss 15. While Karan is now featured in Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, Tejasswi can currently be seen in the popular fantasy TV series Naagin 6. The rumours about their relationship going south started to circulate after Karan shared a Hindi couplet on his social media handle in March this year.
In an interview with the media, Karan said, "I write poetic messages because I want to share them. I wrote it while I was listening to it on the radio. Teju (Tejasswi) is not connected to this at all. Why will she be there? She is my girlfriend. I won't even write to my ex." He continued saying, "If Tejasswi posts a photo and I'm in it, and we shoot really close to one another, I would receive a thousand comments in a few hours wondering why 'he didn't like the photo, then who else would'. It's quite intriguing because life is not all about social media. People just come up with their own conclusions."

Speculations regarding their marriage and engagement have been rampant ever since they publicly proclaimed their love for one another on the reality show in 2021. The rumours were fueled even more after they introduced each other to their families.
