The application states that the plaintiff was administered the first dose of Covishield vaccine on April 8, 2021, at the Govind Hospital and the second dose was to be administered after 28 days. However, during this time the government had extended the time gap for the second dose by 12 weeks. Meanwhile, Chandra who wasn't feeling well after being inoculated with the first dose undertook a 'COVID-19 Antibody GT Test' which basically identifies whether a person was Covid positive in the past, and has developed antibodies against the virus.

Chandra learnt that his body did not develop any antibodies and that his platelet count was reduced by more than half, thereby making him more vulnerable to the deadly infection. The plaintiff says that his life has been played with, in the name of vaccines and that he can die at any time.
