Jaipur (Rajasthan): A gas leak at a sewage treatment plant in Jaipur led to the evacuation of people, reports said. The incident took place in Shankar Nagar in Brahmapuri.
Police and officials from the Municipal Corporation were at the scene after the leak, which took place around 3 am.
Reports said two employees of the Corporation were rushed to the hospital after they fainted.

Mahesh Joshi, chief whip and MLA of Hawa Mahal Constituency, inquired about the incident.
DCP North Campus Deshmukh also reached the spot. ACP Amer Saurabh Tiwari and Assistant Commissioner of Police Sumit Gupta led the evacuation of people. The situation was under control by 7 am, reports said.
