New Delhi: At an event in the city, Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari highlighted the environmental challenges due to rising vehicular pollution and called for bringing new technologies in the automobile sector.

Calling ethics, economy and environment three important pillars of a country, the Minister hailed automobile industry as it plays a vital role in the economy and provides a lot of employment.

Gadkari made these remarks while launching the Activa 125 BS-VI. As per the company officials, the new generation vehcile, will provide 13% more mileage with eco-friendly technology and features. It has a signature LED position lamp.

Features of Activa 125 BS-VI:

  • It is available in three variants - Standard, Alloy and Deluxe
  • The model will be available in four colours - Rebel Red Metallic, Midnight Blue Metallic, Heavy Grey Metallic and Pearl precious white
  • While the standard variant will be available at Rs. 67,490, the Alloy and Deluxr variants will be available at Rs. 70,990 and Rs. 74,490 respectively.
