New Delhi: Wrestler Sushil Kumar, who is currently lodged in Tihar jail in connection with the murder of wrestler Sagar Rana, has requested a TV from the jail administration. Sushil Kumar has written a letter to the jail administration, in which he has mentioned that he does like living alone in jail, therefore, he should be provided with a TV, sources said.

Kumar's request for a TV has reached the authorities and a decision will be taken, sources said. If the higher officials of Tihar jail feel that Sushil Kumar needs a TV, then it can be arranged for him. Sources said that the jail administration will take a decision only after considering the circumstances.

Sources also confirmed that Sushil Kumar is being provided only the food available in the jail and the quantity has been increased. Earlier, Kumar had filed a plea in the Rohini District Court seeking a high protein diet, which was denied by the court.
