Srinagar: The National Conference (NC) president and former Chief Minister Dr Farooq Abdullah made a fervent appeal to the voters to choose the People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) in the upcoming District Development Councils election. He made the statement in a video uploaded in the Twitter handle of the party. Farooq also urged the voters to ensure the party's victory in huge margins as the party envisions to restore Article 370 and Article 35A.
“I want to request you all to vote for the Gupkar Alliance candidates in the DDC polls,” said Farooq in the video. He also urged the voters to not fall prey to others who falsely claim that they are part of the alliance. “PAGD has been formed to restore Kashmir’s autonomy, Article 35A and 370. Vote for us in the majority,” he said.
