Chennai: Tamil superstar Rajinikanth, after opting out of politics citing health issues, has again hinted at political plunge. The actor said he would discuss with fan club office bearers regarding his future plans including the entry into politics.
Speaking to reporters at his Poes Garden residence, the actor said that there are many unanswered questions after he had declared that he was not entering the poll fray as he could not meet his fan club functionaries.

"The questions such as what would the future of Rajini Makkal Mandram and Makkal Mandram need to be answered. Due to Covid situation and elections, these things were not discussed. I was also busy with Annaatthe shoot and had been to America for my 'medical checkup'. Now that I am back, I am going to meet them," the actor said.

Earlier, reports were also doing the rounds that he had planned to hold a massive conference to launch the party at Madurai on January 17. But everything has come to a naught with Rajinikanth saying goodbye to politics in a U-turn.
