New Delhi: Former Union Minister and RJD senior leader Jay Prakash Narayan Yadav hit out at the Centre over the rising price of petrol and diesel saying that the Modi government is against the poor.
He said that the price of petrol and diesel was less than 50 rupees during the UPA government. LPG prices were also low but today the prices of all these products are at the peak.
He alleged that instead of bringing good days BJP led government has destroyed the country in six years.
He said the central government should reduce the prices of petrol, diesel and cooking gas as it is putting impact on both farmers and the kitchen.
He added that the citizens are angry with the BJP government due to inflation and farmers are also protesting against the three farms laws. This will overthrow the Modi government at the center.
