New Delhi: Amid the ongoing upheaval in Rajasthan Congress, Pradesh Congress in-charge Ajay Maken has denied any kind of revolt in the party. Maken says that he is talking to Sachin Pilot on a daily basis and everyone in the party is being listened to. He said, at present, all the vacancies are being looked at.
On Friday, former Union Minister and senior Congress leader Ajay Maken joined the protest over rising petrol and diesel prices. Meanwhile, when asked about the ongoing distress within the ruling Rajasthan Congress party, Maken dismissed all the speculations.

On being asked whether Pilot is displeased by the party politics, Maken said that he is in touch with Pilot and if he was angry, they would not hold any kind of conversations. Maken clarified that an exercise is underway to fill all the vacancies in the party, be it for the Cabinet or other posts. He also confirmed that Sachin Pilot had met Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi.
Significantly, the tug of war between Sachin Pilot and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is constantly in the headlines. Meanwhile, a revolt by a faction of the Congress MLAs is also being feared. However, at present, the high command seems to be trying its best to stop any kind of anguish among the party members.
