New Delhi: After the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) claimed that it will win over 200 seats in the West Bengal assembly elections slated for April-May this year, party's spokesperson Dr Prem Shukla said that leaders of other parties are joining the BJP because of its transparency at each level.

He said, "Each worker of the party gets the same value irrespective of caste and creed they belong to. They are judged purely on the basis of their work capabilities rather than anything else."

"Leaders of other parties in Bengal, or any other sate, are eager to join the BJP because they are disappointed with their leadership and also dissatisfied with the policies of their parties," he added.
