Patna: The Phulwarisharif terror module suspects -- Mohammad Jalaluddin and Nuruddin Jangi -- on Monday confessed to having links with the Popular Front of India (PFI) after sleuths from the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Patna police grilled them for at least 48 hours.
The interrogation was conducted at the Gardanibagh SC/ST police station. The arrested accused are likely to be produced before the Patna special court as their police remand has expired, the police official informed.
The investigating officers also said that Jalaluddin did not confess to being linked with the PFI initially. But he soon broke the silence after he was shown a video wherein some of his other associates were being grilled.
