Hyderabad: Panic gripped the residents of Shadnagar area in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana on Monday morning after a leopard was spotted lying on the terrace of one of the houses in the area.
The locals informed the police and forest department officials who tranquilised the big cat and shifted it to the Nehru Zoological park in Bahadurpura.

Cheetah spotted sleeping on terrace of a house in Shadnagar, Rangareddy district
The appearance of Cheetah in Shad Nagar, Rangareddy district terrified the people. The locals going on road ran away after watching cheetah. Receiving the information, the police reached the spot.
Police and forest department personnel trapped the leopard sleeping on a house in Patel Road. Officials shooted an anaesthetic injection to cheetah. The cheetah is being tranported to Nehru Zoological park, Hyderabad.
Locals are anticipating that the animal may have come from the nearest forest
