Patna: Days after Bihar Court dismissed a petition seeking registration of cases against Bollywood bigwigs like Rhea Chakraborty, Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Salman Khan, Ekta Kapoor and others. The fresh plea has been filed by an Advocate Sudhir Ojha.
Earlier, the plea was junked by Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) of Muzaffarpur, Mukesh Kumar, pointing out that the matter lay outside the court's jurisdiction. The matter will be heard in the court on August 18.
"I have challenged the CJM's decision. We want to know what prompted a young, brilliant actor like Sushant Singh to take such a drastic step," Ojha said.
