Nagpur (Maharashtra): An aircraft of the low-fare airline SpiceJet operating on Bengaluru-Delhi route was diverted to Nagpur on Saturday following a technical glitch.
A statement released by the airliner shortly after the descent, said that the aircraft made a safe and normal landing at Nagpur airport.

"SG flight 8720 operating Bangalore-Delhi was diverted to Nagpur due to a technical issue," said the statement.
The airliner added that all the passengers on-board were ferried to Delhi from Nagpur by another aircraft.
