Names of all NRC applicants published online

Names of all the 3.30 crore applicants have been published online. The final National Register of Citizens, which was published on August 31, consisted only of supplementary lists.

Guwahati: The names of all NRC applicants have been published online on Saturday, the office of the NRC State Coordinator said here.

The names of all the 3.30 crore applicants as per draft NRC and supplementary list of inclusions and exclusions (final NRC) have been published. But the NRC Authority has failed to provide the District wise data of Excluded Peoples from the NRC.

If the NRC authority does not provide the Data of Excluded people from the NRC, the Home Ministry is expected to move to the Supreme Court.

"Names of all the members of a family irrespective of their involvement in the claims and objections process have been published on Saturday," an official said.

The NRC State Coordinator's office had earlier announced that the details for a complete family would be available only online.

The final NRC was released on August 31 with 19,06,657 of the total 3,30,27,661 applicants excluded and 3,11,22,004 included.

On the other hand, Assam government has decided to increase the number of Foreigners Tribunals under the provisions of the Foreigners Act to 1,000 in phased manner to expedite the cases relating to suspected foreign nationals.

The Home Ministry of Assam has already appointed officials for the extra Foreigners Tribunals.

Meanwhile, as per the Supreme Court's direction the people whose names were excluded from the NRC list will have 120 days extra to claim it in Foreigners Tribunal.

Guwahati, 14 Sep: After the Publication of NRC in Assam, decision was taken to Establish 200 extra Foreigners Tribunal in the Various Districts of Assam. The Home Ministry of Assam has already appointed Officials for the Extra 200 FT. But the NRC Authority fails to Provide the District wise data of Excluded Peoples from the NRC.



Home Ministry of Assam has to Establish the Extra FT as per the Requirment so that the Excluded people can include their names. BUT THE MINISTRY HAS FACING PROBLEM AS THE NRC AUTHORITY HAS NOT PROVIDED THE DISTRICT WISE EXCLUSION DATA OF THE PEOPLE. It's Been almost 15 days the NRC was published, but till now the Data of How many people got Excluded from the Districts, has not been provided to the Ministry by the NRC Authority. If the NRC authority does not provide the Data of Excluded people from the NRC, the Ministry will expected to Move to the Supreme Court.



Meanwhile, as per The Supreme Court's direction the People whose names were excluded from the NRC list will have 120 days extra to claim it in Foreigners Tribunal. Since the NRC is published the People are in confusion where to go on what basis. On this Question the Ministry sources said that, the NRC authority will issue notices to 19 Lakh 6,657 People explaining on the grounds of exclusion and from that notice period the people will have 120 days to approach FT. 



NRC FINAL LIST MADE AVAILABLE ONLINE FROM TODAY BY THE NRC AUTHORITY 



The Final list of National Register of Citizenship made available Online by the NRC Authority here in Assam at 10 AM today. The NRC was Published on 31 August, now everyone can search their name and their Family Members name through the ARN ( APPLICATION RECEIPT NUMBER). 



As per the NRC Authority's earlier notification, the list was made public on www.nrcassam.nic.in . The NRC was published on 31 August, where 19 lakh 6,667 People's names were excluded from the List. Now the NRC Authority has made it online for the People where everyone can search their inclusion and Exclusion details by typing the ARN.
