Ministry of Health and Family Welfare(MoHFW) is emphasizing on keeping a check on the mental health and stresses arising due to COVID-19 and Lockdown.

In a tweet, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) released a video on how during lockdown 21. parents and students can cope up with the stress of CVOID-19.In this video, Dr Rashmi Pradeep, Neuro-linguistic practitioner suggests that the children should have their own routine. Parents should not pressurize the children to do things. Many such tips are covered in this video.

MoHFW has also released videos; LOCKDOWN TO KNOCKDOWN COVID-19. These talk about management of mental health. Alleviate the stress of CVOID-19 by staying calm and following a daily routine. Taking up an indoor hobby will also be useful in managing anxiety and stress levels. Many such tips are being shared in these videos.
