Gandhi shared his video on Twitter, as the second episode of Congress' video series #TruthWithRahulGandhi, saying, "PM fabricated a fake strongman image to come to power. It was his biggest strength. It is now India's biggest weakness."
In his video, the Congress leader said, "It is simply not a border issue. The worry I have is that the Chinese are sitting in our territory today. In their mind, they have made out the world and they are trying to shape the world." He further explained, "That's what Gwadar is, that is what Belt and Road is. It is a restructuring of the planet.
So when you are thinking about the Chinese you have to understand that this is the level at which they are thinking."Gandhi stated that Chinese are trying to improve their position and the developments at Galwan valley, Demchok and Pangong Tso Lake are a part of that. He even cautioned that China can even "do something" in Kashmir with Pakistan, aiming to create pressure on PM Modi."

They are disturbed by our highway, they want to make our highway redundant and if they are thinking at a larger scale, they want to do something with Pakistan in Kashmir. It is a border issue designed to put pressure on Prime Minister of India," he mentioned.
How China is planning to put pressure on PM Gandhi alleged that China is using PM's idea of 56 inches to work out their plan of putting pressure upon him.
He said, "They are thinking of putting pressure in a very particular way by attacking his image. They understand that in order for Mr Narendra Modi to be an effective politician how to survive as a politician he has to protect the idea of 'Chhappan inch'.
"During the 2014 election campaigning, PM Modi projected himself as having a "56-inch chest" to tout his credentials as a tough leader. Rahul Gandhi had claimed that China is pressurizing PM Modi that if he does not agree to what they say, they will destroy his image as a strong leader.
"Now the question is, how will Mr Narendra Modi react. Will he take them on? Will he take on the challenge and say, absolutely not I am the Prime Minister of India? I do not care about my image, I am going to take you on or will he succumb to them?" Gandhi asked.
However, he alleged that PM Modi had succumbed to Chinese pressure, as they are sitting in Indian territory and PM had publicly denied about it which shows that he is "worried" about his image and "defending" his image.
Rahul warned, "If he allows the Chinese to understand that they can manipulate him because of his image, the Indian Prime Minister will no longer be worth anything for India."
