Man caught, beaten for trying to steal transformer from Rajasthan's Banswara

One of four men, who were trying to steal an electric transformer from Banswara district of Rajasthan, was caught and beaten up by locals before he was handed over to the police. In a video which went viral, the accused can be seen lying on the ground next to a bucket containing some of the equipment that he had brought to steal the transformer.

Banswara: A man was caught and beaten up by locals in Banswara district of Rajasthan as he along with three of his accomplices was trying to steal an electric transformer from the area.

While his accomplices managed to escape, Prakash Indore was caught by the locals.

In a video which went viral, Indore can be seen lying on the ground next to a bucket containing some of the equipment that he had brought to steal the transformer. He can be seen struggling to get up even as people surrounded him.

After holding him captive for the entire night, Indore was handed over to the local police officials the next morning.

Upon interrogation, Indore disclosed the location of his accomplices.
